To improve the quality of public education, Sapientis has designed and implemented several programs that serve both schools and their surrounding communities. Our programs develop the participants’ abilities to exercise leadership to improve the school’s environment and students’ academic performance.

Sapientis’ programs use the Adaptive Leadership model developed by Professor Ronald Heifetz of Harvard University.
