We offer Leadership Fellows, educators from across the island, an intensive 2-year program. The focus is teaching Fellows the skills they need to transform challenges and obstacles at their schools into opportunities to generate change. During these two years, teachers and directors will receive training in adaptive leadership, professional development opportunities and continuous support.

Front-Line Educators is free and includes a certificate for contact hours. If you are interested in participating in this program, please complete the registration request form.

Some of the highlights of the program during 2008 are:

88.2% of fellows agree the leadership summer institute provides them with the skills needed to generate progress in their classrooms and school environment

88.3% of fellows agree that after participating in the leadership summer institute they feel better equipped and willing to participate in the change processes in their classroom and school environment
